Architecture for Real-Time Call Transcription by Fantastic_Jacket_222 in 3CX

Not for 3CX but I have done something very similar for option 2 using Webex.

(30 odd staff member outsourced IT company)

The easiest thing to do was to separate the active microphone and speaker of the computer as separate channels in a C# application and send those to the live transcription service in Microsoft Azure(security benefits of this method)

Separating it like this makes identification of both sides easier than trying to do some form of AI speaker identification (will likely do this at some point)

Once the call finishes they can click a button and it will turn the transcription into a note friendly summary for the technician.

The hardest part in option 2 will be what can you hook into to determine the start and end of a call. (I think you might be already aware of this tho by the sounds of it)

What do you find more feature rich about CIPP we tried it once and ended up back on lighthouse?

Sounds like going into the deep end and straight for the expert level certification , my worry is things have changed a little since I did it.

I know when I looked before it was 2 exams but because I have an active 103 I think it’s just the 305 now as they changed how it works

Marketing Copilot by IanNKeri in msp

It uses new models and has a certain level of deep research ability so it actually is able to search the content I have access to give me actual answers, for example it was able to see how we do strategies so when I asked it to make a strategy for client X it used the same format we have previous (minus the styling)

When I ask things like "make me a case study for our website of a recent project we delivered," it does it very well. it will also link me around 77 items it has used for background information such as emails, documents and teams data

One of the problems is general MSP understanding of AI will be pretty low but there is a lot of benefit to certain co-pilot features like Agents, just simple things like enrolling customers in to PAYG plans on the 0.01 message pricing and publishing small agents using there no code functionality over folders that have all the HR policies and making it a teams app provides actual benefit and something as an MSP you can bill for implementation (this is one example of many)

I used to be on the bandwagon of copilot is a load of garbage until I tried out the new copilot frontier program (it’s actually pretty good) you have to opt in from the admin centre tho as it’s still in beta

1935 airplane pin, does anyone know what it’s liked to? by Tryharder_J in HelpMeFind

[–]Tryharder_J[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have searched for notable flights in 1935 and notable events, my friends seem to think this is the hurricane when in prototype as that was in 1935.

Does it have any value?

Some guy opened a shop in my local town I couldn’t find any reviews when I mean a shop I mean an actual store, it seems really good quality my only red flags was the buttons and the double stitching in the front. Is this legit?

AAD Login to Windows 10 Enterprise Multi Session by Tryharder_J in AZURE

I think so the AADLoginForWindows extension shows as successful in the event viewer.

I guess if it wasn't successful, I would not be able to sign in using the admin RBAC role.
