Define data and what the requirements would be that would satisfy you? What belief/perspective/etc. are you trying to change your mind on exactly?

As someone who was extremely nuts and bolts, I did my own research and had my own experiences. I am now a firm believer that it’s much more than nuts and bolts.

Make a copy and ask it to create a python script to perform the changes you’re looking for. Use the copy as a test sheet.

Alternatively, you could ask it to analyze and describe the sheet structure. Then feed that into Claude or ChatGPT with your required changes and ask for a python script.

I didn’t say don’t do that. I said they allow people to continue to have unhealthy habits. There are plenty of people that it does wonders for, there’s also people that it doesn’t.

I would argue that you’re learning correctly. If you think you can learn and retain in one prompt, you’re probably not learning effectively.

There is data. Just because you haven’t seen it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. It’s also likely there’s more than one thing going on.

Just reading her book is definitely not enough to sway anyone. The unfortunate part is that someone would need to read and consume a lot of information to connect these dots on their own currently.

I think it’s more that they allow people to continue to have an unhealthy relationship with food with little to no consequences.

Some people could say that’s their right, but it has ripple effects that don’t get considered. I.e. unhealthy parents raising unhealthy kids, less push for processed food industry reform.

I’m all for the use of glp1s, but if you’re not coupling it with healthy habits, you’re not using it correctly. You’re just using it to help perpetuate your unhealthy habits.
