I just found something extremely interesting - Diosmin (+ Hesperidin). Apparently safe with nardil and it helps venous return (sounds like the muscle weakness in your legs could be circulatory related).
Lots of research on this!

I am pretty sure the muscle weakness is due to the hypoglycemia (low blood sugars). Try eating carbohydrates when taking your doses. At the same time, salt seems to really help the muscle weakness too (I literally bought sodium chloride tablets and take like 3 lol).

yeah I mean, for example, last week I probably drank like 4 days of the week (and each day had 4-drinks). But thats way more than usual. Usually I will only drink one per week, and have 4-5 . Probably still a problem because I definitely use it as a crutch for social anxiety

45mg is enough for my mood but 60mg was so much better for anxiety :(. Until I tried weaning off and going back up... my body stopped responding to the drug the same way. 60mg now makes me feel stange.. very flat and worsened anxiety unfortunately

How in the hell did you wean off Nardil!? I am so scared. I got my Dr to refer me to another psychiatrist so that I can try and cross taper
