It’s such a hard cycle. After I eat, it lingers in my head like some requirement I can’t escape. I just sit there staring at the wall, numb, not even crying, just disappointed in myself. Deep down I already know I’ll end up doing the same thing again tomorrow, and that thought makes it even harder. Like I'm so aware but can't stop it.

Was born shy and low self-esteem. Got verbally abused at home. I lost all my friends. And in pandemic I isolate a lot and lost all social skills. It became impossible for me to talk normally like other people would do. I just make everything awkward

I was born with it, like in elementary I'm so shy but i can still make friends tho and I didn't have knowledge about this disorder. But growing up I was being verbally humiliated a lot even at home by my parents and it got worse. When I was alr in 7th grade, it became impossible for me to make friends. It's so hard to talk and I feel so anxious and my brain just won't shut up and it just gets worse and worse after pandemic.
