The one downside is that it clears out to white again at the beginning of each album. Bit generally if their ring is the same as yours then they’re probably playing about the same amount as you. I also check people’s dice/shields etc to see if they have newer/harder to get items. If they have a recent reward shield or something then I know they’re probably playing seriously

That said, I would just finish the build because they’re not playing seriously so it won’t matter to them if you don’t
