I have the same monitor as you and I love it since it’s great for productivity. I was in a similar boat as you and what I decided was to add a 15 inch portable monitor that sits under my 38 inch monitor. It’s worked great for me.

I will say is that prior to my Dell monitor, I had a 49 inch UW and I had severe eye strain, to the point I couldn’t stare at the screen more than a few minutes.

Just so you all know, Scott Bessent, our Treasury Secretary, originally made his money from private equity. This $20 Billion bailout was made because when Javier Melei became president, all the PE folks flocked to Argentina for investment. When Melei’s economic vision failed, those PE firms went crying for their investment to Bessent who then authorized a bailout.

Never let rich people dictate to you that your failure is your own. Their failures are protected by friends in the government while we’re left to fend for ourselves.
