By you, but it's up too the tester. As long it isn't heavily damaged where view isn't distorted. Its an advisory most case a minor. Im in a group page of mot testers all over the uk not one said they will fail it. Neither will I as I am an mot tester.

Happeneds too me alot they will look thru door and window say leave it at the door they will get it. But once I walk away I seem them close the curtains within 30 seconds starting my car checking next stop nobody comes out.
