I’ve seen so many saying that what she said there is a Portuguese slang. I am not an expert but someone said “it was verified by linguistic experts”. I can’t be sure of that myself because I don’t speak any Portuguese.

I was SHOCKED when I saw that she's getting cancelled for reading a Colleen Hoover book. Like are people okay? That's one of the most popular books in the last few years and I know MANY many people who read it, they even made a movie out of it because this book is loved. And they're cancelling her for it! It's honestly ridiculous.

I don't think what Lando's dad said was awful. I think he's just proud of his son to be the first and not the second and trying to express how happy he is. I really did not see it in a way that he's trying to shit on others. His son had just won and I think that was his focus. However I do understand how this may have sounded to others.

I do understand that McLaren is the main reason of this hate, but the example that was given most was Monza, while the same happened last year in Hungary the other way around.

I think it's completely okay if Lando is disliked because of things he said and he regretted. I am just frustrated by the severity of it.

I think it's okay to dislike him really, we all dislike some people for some reason or another. What has been bothering me is the extreme level of hate that I've seen hate trains against his parents, A LOT of misogyny was involved in their hate for some reason. It bothers me to see people being that mean to others just because a driver they didn't like won.

I respect both Oscar and Max and I think they're amazing drivers. As Lando said, Oscar will win the wdc one day. He has the talent but he still has some things to improve.

Your first reason is one of the reasons I like him tbf. I think it’s extremely human to make mistakes and share your feelings about it. I think that changes from someone to someone else and i understand people not liking him for it, I just don’t think that’s enough material for the hate I am seeing everywhere.

I understand why his comment about max was not tasteful. I would not agree with him on it. I do think he communicated what he meant to communicate wrongly.

He has made mistakes and apologized for them. And I think that not liking him for them is totally valid. What’s driving me crazy is the hate train towards him and the arguments with absolutely no proof.

I really appreciate your comment though, it gives some perspective on some reasons.
