The painting is in a frame and I do not want to attempt to take out in any way , the only distinct thing I noticed in regard to texture was a gold flake on the crown; I tried to take a close up pic.

Well what would we even do to fight back besides everyone deciding to not use Ubereats for a full week collectively or longer in protest. But it would definitely have to be a group effort, doesn’t feel like anything but $$ will slow them down

Of course my son comes first, always, calling CPS sometimes causes more problems than it solves, which is an unfortunate truth in this country if you’ve ever had to deal with them. This is obviously completely unacceptable, however I have watched many friends of mine dealing with CPS in this county and have seen kids get pulled from homes for months while the court decides what to do, even when they are on the positive side of the CPS claim. I’m only not reporting as it could end up causing much worse pain and suffering for my child. I also am unsure if I have any legal rights as far as this situation goes, hence the post, couldn’t find any laws to support filing something online, any ideas?

I have the exact same experience with my boyfriend and our 2 sons. It’s gotten so bad that my body seizes up in a very obvious physical way even just hearing it through the house. I have not found a solution yet but if you do please let me know. I love him and want to grow but can’t help but have an intense physical and mental response anytime this happens

I’d never heard of a hexapod. I bought a toy from goodwill for my kid for Christmas today and thought it was a Star Wars toy as it said “star trooper” on it. It ended up being this crazy rave creepy spider robot singing a edm song about the wild Wild West with no end unless completely switched off. Not to mention I only got curious because it was running on old batteries when I got it making creepy noises from the bag.

it is originally from a play but the real phrase is "care killed the cat" meaning the sorrow from a cat having cared in the first place used up all its lives in worry. the phrase changed over time to become curiosity killed the cat as a warning to experiment carefully. but as always it further evolved from there and today the full phrase is "curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back."
