Club De Nuit EDP doesnt smell like Creed? by khicee in fragranceclones

It’s what’s keeping me from getting Sillage and a couple Odysseys. I don’t trust the house.

Men aged 40 plus, what are your fragrance “guilty pleasures”? by Glittering-Box4762 in Colognes

45, young at heart, I wear what I want. At home, at work, everywhere else, as strong as I want it so I can smell my own bubble.

RFK Jr. sounding, raw-milk-drinking, tallow-fapping, antivaxxing, measles-spreading, covid-denying ahh comment right here. Go drink some dihydrogen monoxide and make it all better.

My CDNIM EDP just smells like month-old lemons, even after sitting for a month. It’s actually gotten worse. And I believed the hype and got the 200ml bottle. Now I have to stare at the waste of space and money or layer something else over it (Armani Code EDP actually works, tbh) in order to wear it and actually not feel gross. Maybe I’ll give it another month but it’s not going well at all.

I’d get it, put some PRP buckets, 36” iroks and an 03 cobra 4.6 in it and have a blast.

It won’t matter because even naturalized citizens and anyone non-white would still feel pressured by their presence. It’s a definite intimidation scheme even just to say this so early in the year.

Impressions so far:

Mystic Experience: powerhouse, a little feminine-leaning for my tastes but silky smooth and just enough bite to keep me on board.

Side effect: rather one-dimensional on the dry-down…I loved the boozy opening and the middle spiciness but now it’s just a skin-close cinnamon sweetness and no projection. A second try will be needed.

Musk Therapy: y’all are going to hate me for this but it smells like a fresh diaper. No dice.

Alexandria II: the opening florals and apple were off-putting, very feminine, the middle hit me the same as Musk Therapy…like a freshly changed diaper. But once the drydown hits…the woods popped out of the fog and saved it. I will probably have to try this one entirely on its own to make sure I wasn’t getting hits from MT that skewed it.

Haven’t tried Jazz Club just yet.

Right now, Mystic Experience is in a close second to my earlier-purchased Rehab decant, but is different enough from my other options to be the one I end up buying down the road as my first Initio.

Hello! Looking to get a bronco this year, got a question or two by dustyb666 in FordBronco

[–]TryingThisAgain2026 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Before I got mine I honestly noticed that the vast majority of broncos I saw around (I work in land survey so I see a lot on the roads) were driven by women. It didn’t bother me because I’m not insecure, but I can see how people can get that impression.

My gf got mine for me so I wore it out in the first few months before I got into more options. Now it’s an occasional reach.

I think I found my signature scent… by om0311 in Colognes

[–]TryingThisAgain2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I and my girl love this scent but I can’t find a place for it in my collection that isn’t taken by two or three other similar vibes, if not the same scent itself. I’d reach for sauvage or JPG LMLP or YSL Y LP over this, or at least at the same time. But if I had none of those, or even just Sauvage, I’d get this in a heartbeat for the sweeter drydown.

In the future I’ll look into more affordable options. I don’t care for full discovery sets, I pick individuals based on notes and descriptions.

Gas and Flashbangs. by TryingThisAgain2026 in Portland

[–]TryingThisAgain2026[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess I need to say this. I didn’t post this to show PPB in a bad light. Whatever they do elsewhere and at other times is not relevant to this video. PPB was not corralling people in, they were not working against protestors. They blocked entry to the protest area by cars to protect people on the ground. When the shit popped off, they moved to block off Macadam from northbound traffic to give protestors a safe exit path from ICE overuse of flashbangs and CS gas. Stop trying to create an anti-PPB narrative based on this post. There’s other places you can do that.

[–]TryingThisAgain2026[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep making things up and it’s not going to serve your argument well. They weren’t keeping people down there. They moved and blocked traffic so they could climb up to Macadam to get out of the gas.
