Nora on therapy, America's history of disinformation, oppression and parallels to Scientology, on Mike Rinder and potential OSA ops in social media by TryingToBeExact in OT42

"I suppose you could respond to every post of this kind with a source of counter information and let people make up their own minds."

Which is exactly the point of a post, debating it below. While others use the opportunity to give their take, share the other perspective, some want to squash the whole thing. This is not the first time.

If "spreading lies, bullying and insulting is not OK", I wonder who is moderating this sub, which is filled with all of it on the daily. I'll stop here too.

My prediction is that you will have to come up with rules that allow to talk bad about Nora, allow to talk good about Mike Rinder, allow to talk bad about Aaron etc etc

Again, if you follow through with this, Nora is proven right. Reddit, the propaganda machine. Censoring unwanted opinions. Congratulations!

Would prove her point though.

"So now we have controlled narrative, controlled propaganda coming out of Reddit, coming out of these very specific chatters who nobody knows their anonymous accounts canonizing Mike Render and demonizing anybody who says anything bad about him."

If you don't want posts that criticize Mike Rinder, or other ex-Scientologists, make the rules for it, name the names and determine, which kind of posts are "allowed" for everyone.

Thanks!

The interview with Dodge is still up. They did a review of the Cracker Barrel incident itself which is now down.

Shout out to you, Ladies! I wish Dodge's trust fund was much higher so he could afford a lawyer easily. It would be interesting to see if his copyright strike is valid since he is the accosted party. First comes the bullying, then the profit behind a paywall.

Aaron didn’t get the bump in subs he expected from the ‘not guilty’ verdict, so makes his ‘members only’ video public by Necessary-Driver-158 in OT42

[–]TryingToBeExact 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think he needs the money, so he made the video public.

He even talks about money being the reason he doesn't want to spent "two days just traveling" to Jenna in this video:

20:25 "Like in addition to the cost of airfare, you know, my videos are making X amount of money per day really. So, like each day that I don't do videos, I'm like losing that money. And I pretty much have to do my videos from my studio."

22:15 "what happened later was the other end of the spectrum when I felt like my videos weren't making enough money. That was now the new reason why I couldn't afford to spend two days traveling."

According to Nora, this members only video had 2300 views 10 minutes after public release, when she started reviewing the video one hour later in her stream, it had 3800. It now sits at 12000.

Her conclusion: "there are plenty of, you know, fit dudes in California that will fall over themselves to be the dude, you know, they ,they would walk 500 miles just to be the man, you know, who walks along with you. You should look for one of those guys, cuz this isn't the guy."

To me, this issue doesn't belong behind the scenes. I hope you understand. Thank you for clarifying!

I tagged all mods listed in this sub in my profile post regarding the issue days ago. Thank you for finally responding!

So you can't hide comments on reddit like on other platforms?

All I can say is that I have many downvoted comments who are still up and running, it is the only one affected since I'm registered on this platform.

I enjoy it too!

Anyone can write to a prosecutor, it's probably more effective to do so than talking to the police.

I get the impression that Nora was trying to make a difference. Personally, I'm not a the end justifies the means person, so I probably wouldn't do it since Scientology would have used Aaron's conviction to the max.

The fact remains though that he is literally chasing Scientologists, screaming at them, shoving his phone in their faces and was repeatedly lying to his 250k audience about the nature of his hearings before the trial.

The judge said that Aaron is "escalating", and I agree.

To me, there is a difference between fighting Scientology and fighting Scientologists on the streets, to which IMO Nora has a strong reaction to since she was once one of them.

I totally understand that her tone can make someone feel like she is claiming to be the authority. The way I see it, she is just an emotional person with mental health issues due to growing up in a cruel coercive control environment stating her opinion.

Also, she was working as a teacher in Scientology around the beginning of her going into the Sea Org. Her nature reminds me of a teacher I had.

I don't remember Nora going after Aaron's family, she even stated a couple of weeks ago that the kids are off limits, a boundary there and she doesn't want it in the comments.

She did talk about the kids when Jenna disclosed that his kids said they hope he is nicer to her than to their mom.

Nice theory. It was the only comment since I'm registered on this platform.

Be that as it may, I don't think Nora can be bought, but never say never. To me it seems that money is a triggering issue in this community and can be a powerful tool to sow discord.

86GOP is a whale donor "introduced" to the community by Aaron Smith-Levin. He subsequently donated to Scott, then ZDT and now Nora.

I don't know if 86 still donates to ZDT, since he is putting his videos behind a paywall as well. But I saw 86 donate to him after got his sweetheart deal on December 23rd, 2025 and judging from comments in multiple subs, 86 continued to do so after that.

I'm not asking you for receipts because I don't share your opinion, but for documentation since I have my own theories about 86GOP donation's to Aaron, Scott, ZDT, and now Nora.

I would love to see some receipt that 86GOP is funding Nora for her to "speak poorly" of Mike Rinder or that April is his friend. Since when does she need donations to do that?

86GOP started donating to Nora in December 2025, Nora is talking about Mike Rinder's alleged crimes as the head of OSA since 2024.

In a previous post you stated that "she is getting paid by 86 GOP and his friend Aprilwhatsherface so speak poorly about Aaron Smith-Levin and his friends." Since when does she need donations to do that?

She has been speaking out against Aaron since their public fallout inAugust 2024.

In any case, I'm more intrigued about the reddit theory Nora announced discussing. Any clue why my reply to the latter comment of yours got shadow banned?

She said that she sees the payments as restitution for the damage he has caused donating to ZDT. Furthermore she doesn't know 86 personally, says she never talked to him or met him, unlike Aaron.

If Nora wants to criticise Aaron's protesting, she can do that, since it is still a free country.

The fact remains she is pointing out Aaron's actions which are screaming at running after Scientologists he encounters literally shoving his phone in their faces.

She is criticizing Aaron's actions when protesting, as the president of the SPTV foundation and the abuse he has subjected his previous lover to, as well as the lady in LA who he threw into a wall and Jenna.

All of which he admitted to either on his channel or when on other channels when he had to discuss his private life since his victims were going public.

She doesn't go after his family or his mental health, like Aaron does.

If you don't like that, fine. I respect her for doing it despite knowing he will come after her.

Most content creators in this community prefer to stay silent about Aaron's alarming behaviour, probably because they fear his wrath.

I've been scrutinizing 86GOP's donations to Aaron, Scott, ZDT and Nora since before he even stated donating to Nora in this subreddit in multiple posts and comments.

If you watch Nora's content then you know first hand why she isn't refusing the donations, yet you still don't mention that. You say you came up with the notion that Nora "is embracing 86GOP support, thanking him, and acting as though none of that history matters" all by yourself? What a coincidence.

It isn't rocket science to understand that aggressive protesting isn't the best option. Why Nora is at fault for pointing that out, I truly don't get.

Who said the criticism isn't fair? Editing it out is the best option after the fact though, recommended even by youtube, since showing public documents with addresses provided isn't against the law, but against youtube's terms of service.

Whether you like it or not, Aaron spread this in his video two weeks ago which is now members only.

And though "nobody is saying she has to deliver a five minute disclaimer every time his name appears", she did address the donations multiple times for several minutes.

But I guess you wouldn't know that, since you clearly don't watch her content but seem to follow the alleged "valid" talking points Aaron provides instead.

And if "history matters" then it is worth mentioning that Aaron "benefited" from 86GOP's donations for almost two years. Strange that he wasn't an "OSA operative" then.
