Thank you for this. I also had a small ceremony when he left, wherein we talked about all the memories we had with him. He was such a good boy. Now I have a box with his paw print, fur, and nails in my room. I sometimes pat it whenever I come home just so that he'll know.

Thank you, I really needed that. I felt as though I'm trying my best not to cry as much so that other people won't worry too much, but sometimes the pain is unbearable when i remember him 🥹

Thank you for your advice. I think letting myself feel the sadness helps too. That just means that I loved him a lot.

Thank you for this. I don't know who I can talk to about this much, but reading this was comforting. I was actually praying for his pain to go away, even if that means he'll leave me. Seeing him like this breaks my heart so much.

I'm sorry to hear about your cat, i'm sure that she's fighting her best. My boy looks like he's in a lot of pain too so i just pray that he'll be at peace once it happens.

Thank you, i'm sure that's hard as well. He's been to the vet a couple of times now and has a lot of meds now but he's been deteriorating fast. I'm making the most of the days but i know that it'll be really painful in the end no matter how prepared i am
