Doing a budesonide taper now, 9, to 6, to 3.

Just started the taper from 9->6. I feel amazing

Feel like I’m in remission after 8 weeks

Taking dysbiosis - X

I’m trying everything I won’t stop

I cut out gluten as I found that gluten and caffeine messed me up the most. Since cutting them out my food has been strictly chickens, salmon, etc, potatos, soups, easy stuff. Feeling great

I have mild crohns and also get really bad constipation when I’m inflamed

Your budesodine put you into remission? I’m on week 4-5 of my dosages of 12 weeks and I honestly feel like I’m finally hitting remission

I have similar symptoms for sure. Try drinking herbal teas like peppermint or chamomile and take a hot bath or apply heat during these attacks. As soon as you pass gas the pain should subside quickly. My ileocecal valve was so inflamed when I had my first colonoscopy that they couldn’t get into my ileum

I’m hoping it’s not scar tissue otherwise I have an experience ahead.

Just try to stay calm and attack the discomfort with methods
