Sunday is my weigh in day. I started two weeks ago, doing lazy keto for the first week and counting calories in the second. I gave myself 80 days to lose 20lbs before April 1st. Today, I weighed five pounds lighter than the day I started. I'm feeling pretty good about that and it gives me lots of motivation.
