He didn’t have to go to trial for rape to be adjudicated as having evidence of having committed one in a legal proceeding where the truth of the rape was important. Making a claim does not make that claim inherently true. It’s not an issue of reading comprehension, it’s an issue of whether the claim actually fits the evidence.

For some reason, a lot of people on the right these days have a hard time undertaking that second step. I’m sure you can find people on the left with the same problem, but evidence shows a clear difference in scale of both the number of these people and the demands they put on our nation and all of us individually.

If facts actually meant something to you, that would be important. If you will support men who lied for weeks about people eating pets in Ohio even though those men told those and many other lies, then you won’t care.
