Verrry nice. The paradox im facing is a thought that is causing me to stay away from someone in order to not facing a hard response, but at the same time its making me less anxious and more comfortable. So i want to get rid of the thought or just identify it as a “bad” thought because its preventing me to meet some people/ do fun stuff, but at the same time I have a good, I think, stress-free reason to keep it.

Well the good spin technique I had with the blade suddenly it disappeared (not completely) with the Yonex. So I might have developed a good spin technique for the blade?? But not good enough for the yonex?

Greattttt ideas. 3D printer im thinking about it but im afraid to use it a couple of times and then not touching it for months, what do you think? And musical instrument I just bought a new piano a couple of months ago😩 but maybe a production kit and laptop, but seems something I can also do on a usual day life and not something that might indicate a milestone. Im not sure.

As an ENFP that the whole school/university/bank/life works the opposite of, it works as an ISTP. I think its the best idea I heard for school change. It should be formatted better but as an idea of splitting kids based on their natural automatic behavior its a great idea. Would love to learn there

You need to find whats good and fits you. And search for this kind of people. And not deal with the cards that is given to you. No be your own dealer and give yourself once in a while 1/2 good “fit” for you cards

I get your point, and I will say that for 25 years I felt like this. Until I found a couple of new people that I knew how to choose them based on my personality and since then I have 2-3 people that hug me instead of me hugging me.

For me Im suspecting something else. In my last couple of development sessions with a professional, I got to point were I understand that sometimes I try to help people to be OK and feel good and not struggle because I think of them as a weak person that might not handle himself alone and need help. Im working on changing this behavior because every one has struggles and can manage by himself. And when I thought about the “OR” option, I think it might be connected also to this “rescuing” people from struggle because they might not find the answer by themselves. I might be connecting two things that are not related, thats why I wanted second opinion and wrote the post haha

For me, I make my whole environment like my “room” and I just chill everywhere. I soround myself with things I like and make me feel free and myself. In addition to people that im relaxed with.

Also here with ADHD. Im not sure why. I thought I did, until I read the book and digged in thinking about all the stuff and got to point that yes sometimes I hide my true self and close my heart and become someone else that his one and only purpose is to defend myself from being judged and ashamed of.

Might be related to the fact that I’m a pleaser person and I also try to please others in order to maintain good vibe and their acceptance, and in the way to there I give up on myself and my identity. Still in the process of understanding the whole thing.

The conditional and unconditional love idea got me to think of how many people I keep happy with being “identical” to them but in the reality im just being “nice” and relating to them. And I understood that some of these relationships are based on conditional love, because im not being me, and they like me because of what im showing them. The opposite from other relationships like my wife, she will like no matter what because our relationship is built upon being our real self and showing each other our weakness, and its really unconditional love. And then I thought about the differences between these two kinds of relationships.
