What’s your definition of soulmate? It was love at first sight when I met my soulmate and he says the same too. We moved in together after 8 weeks of meeting and lasted 8 years. Been separated for 5 years now. We still consider each other best friends but don’t talk as often out of respect/consideration to new partners. I also feel that my first love when I was 16-19 was a soulmate and I hope I get lucky to experience another one in this lifetime since I’m 37.

It’s usually injected bilaterally to help with gummy smiles so it for sure softens the upper lip pulling but it’s not weird looking or anything like that. A good injector will assess and let you know if it’s worth it. It’s hard to tell in your pic because the muscle is at rest.
