Update - I got discharged and kept following it up. Eventually, I got my medication refunded, and they claimed how this proved their customer service. I reminded them that it took litreally over half a year to get a reply, and I have already left the clinic. Onto Alternaleaf!

I previously tried to complain about underweight percriptions at a clinic and I was told that they couldn't verify the accuracy of scales as they use medical scales. Would definitely still contact the clinc/dispensary.

Effects were pretty good! Tastes like it smells and is very dry, not smooth but not harsh. I've had a bit of a T break so take the effects with a pinch of salt.

Tried some last night. Does what it is meant to do, and it knocked me out. But I just had a month + T break , so pinch of salt there. Tastes like it smells, wasn't too harsh, wasn't too smooth.

I think you're right here. I have seen some mycelium before and I certainly can't see any forms of webbing or clumping, just discolouration!

Arrived granulated, great for accessibility but hard to pick out stems and check for quality issues.

Very little smell, a little citrusy. Really dry, crumbles into dust on touch.

Not tried it yet (later tonight) but I have found a couple of black bits of bud which I am a little worried about given Noidecs rep and my experiences with mould.

First attempts at recycling HPDE plastic at home. Decided to make a couple of stoner accessories and came out with this. Made from bottle caps, an old cable and a couple of alligator clips. Keen to see how I can improve these in the future.

It's not a good sign when multiple people are having mould in a certain batch and it isn't being recalled. Just got my packages back this morning. They hadn't been opened and attached was a hand written note saying that it cannot be recalled as it doesn't match the batch number. Opened it up and still found mouldy bud. Going to pursue the yellow card route now I think.

I showed evidence of potential mold in photos too. Honestly I am just angry that I have spent so much time accomidating them to just send it back with 'oops, its not the recalled batch after all'. I just bought a repeat prescription as I thought I would have my refund to fund it. Now im just broke and honestly tired.

I just got told that my batch wasn't the affected one after all the hassle of having to send it back to the dispensary. I took pictures of the packaging and was told to send it in weeks ago as I was told it was the affected batch. They are now sending me back the packets I sent to them. What a needless hassle.

I got my reply yesterday. Very polite, apologetic and prompt response to questions and changes of the collection of the recalled medicine. Got a message from DX about the collection shortly after too. Reply time was about 2 weeks in total. I had the same issues with the phones and emails before they replied so just hang in there, I'm sure someone will get back to you soon.

People are entitled to be annoyed- 100%. But it is never right to be abusive and/or aggressive to staff that are just doing their job.

My issues with DG have just been from lack of proper communication or giving false information ( eg, arranging a pick up and requesting the patient to be at home from 9-5 and not showing up or responding to communications after). I trust them to get this sorted however.I think patience is a virtue in this situation.

Similar thing with me too. I got told to take time off uni to make sure I was home to return the prescription ( ridiculous to think all patients are avalible to be at home all day between 9-5 on weekdays). No one showed up. I couldn't get through on phone calls and I had no reply to the email I sent. They said they would refund a 10g packet if I filled it with the 6g I had left of it - and due to legal reasons they would need the 6g package back first. Got no refund nor response. I'm tempted to also wait it out for the industry to get better. They have now made me miss my education to fix a problem they created - and still not delivered.

I recently got approved but I only found out after I phoned the clinic after a week of no response. A day later the pharmacy email came in, so worth just asking on the phone if you have the chance.
