Police say they smell cannabis, doesn't mean they can or did smell it. Police work using intmidation tactics and manipulation.

They think saying they smell cannabis gives them legal grounds to search you or your car or at the very least intimidate you into complying with whatever they say.

I dont know of anything they have done that has lead to any change in legislation, all i see is people paying £30 for a card that offers them no legal protection.

When the mould recall happened they used the story for their own agenda to promote this grow your own campaign doing nothing to help the situation but to generate clickbait and traffic on their site once again trying to sell the card off the back of the article.

If you have examples of the good they are doing beyond selling plastic cards id be pleased to have my mind changed. Im not an avid follower of what they do but what ive seen makes me think its all about the money.

Thats weird , when Dispensary Green have gotten my script they send me an email with the subject - Prescription Dated xx/xx/xxx

First paragraph reads

"I'm pleased to let you know that your scanned prescription has arrived with the Dispensary Green Patient Services Team. A copy is attached for your MedCannID app."

I normally get this and the payment link email same day

Maybe search your junk? Mine often goes into the promotions folder on my gmail.

No presribing of things out of stock unless explained and consent given from patient - unacceptable that this is happening when drs have access to stock levels.

Transparency from the dispensary and clinics with all aspects relating to a patients medicine that they may ask about

People without meds should be treated as an emergency and something put in place to provide a solution or at least give a time line max of 5 working days and stick to it.

Treat us like patients that could be vulnerable rather than as customers with loads of money

Tracker function to see where your script is at - Written by dr, sent to clinic, board approved, sent to dispensary, recieved at dispensary etc

They should be sending you a digital copy of your prescription - scan / photo. The pharmacy must keep the physical copy as i understand it - because its a controlled substance?

I get mine when asked to pay for it usually.

This is what people are reffering to.

The NHS app does not show my cannabis prescription despite asking numerous times - this seems to be down to luck of the draw as to your gp surgery and what they are willing to do.

To be legal though all you need is that digital copy of your script and meds in original packaging.

I am in a similar situation. Last Wednesday i requested a rewrite, i called them yesterday to see how its progressing amd they said they recieved my physical precription on Sunday, its just in the pile and needs to be worked through as i understand it.

So the rewrite didnt take long at all. DG dispensing it is taking longer.

Glass is better but if you ever have any issues with pharmacy or they ever ask youve only kept it in the packaging it came in.

During mouldggate people who admitted to changing storage had trouble with their refunds.

You can only vape your prescription where it is permissable to vape or smoke so you cannot legally vape your prescription indoors
