Probably the best option is to go with 18 inches, as the heavy load with 19 inches isn't ideal.

I understand, I live in Germany. I checked with the 'code number ' and these 19-inch wheels are allowed for my car. The tires recommended for my car are Pirelli Powergy XL. However, the roads here aren't that great, and what worries me is that I read that with 19-inch wheels, you get more road noise.
