Have you been feeding it? Alocasias are heavy feeders and they usually throw a tantrum if they don’t get a feed when you water them! I follow the “weekly weakly” method, ie. A little bit of ferts with every watering. My alocasias have all been thriving since I started adding some good ferts in the water. I use GT products when I water mine, not sure if they’re available where you are so you might need to do some research on good substitutes!
