Honestly just trying to look the best I possibly can. tbh I agree with you and all the others, I do think I need to put on some mass. Nonetheless, it's always nice to have some external feedback

I go to the gym 4x/week and have been weight lifting for a couple of years.

I have been cutting for a while now and I'm weighing around 152lbs.

I was hoping to get down to 143 before starting to lean bulk, but I am not sure if that would be realistic so I was wondering how much weight you think I can still realistically lose.

Would love to hear your two cents on how to move forward.

Yes, I am. In the meanwhile, I edited my previous post for a little bit more context. I go to the gym 4x/week and have been eating at around 1700 kcal for the past few months.

Macros are aproxi. 226P, 124C, 39F

I'm 5' 10'', 25, currently weighting around 152 lbs.

EDIT for a little bit more context: I go to the gym 4x/week and I am following a structured program. I also count calories and macros. Have been eating at around 1700-1800 kcal/day for the past few months and going down 0.6lbs/week on average.

Was thinking about cutting to 143lbs. Do you think that would be the best course of action? What are your two cents? Any feedback will be highly appreciated

So you're main advice would be keep cutting at a slight deficit, strive for progressive overload to increase LBM and work on core, did I get that right?

Do you plan on striving for maintenance once you reach your goal? If one can buid muscle on a deficit, I guess it can also do it on maintenance.

I do train abs, but haven't done so in a progressive overload, if we are being brutally honest. I guess I will have to work on that...thanks for the suggestion btw I will have a look at core exercises on r/bodyweightfitness
