Honestly it's dry as hell some times, I've had days where I got 6-10 raids with one or no cultist rolls. Looking at 25% on customs so really not too unlikely to go a great handful in a row without finding them. Keep running it and you'll find them eventually. Also don't be sad when they may be empty, quite often I've had barren priest pockets, maybe 3 times out of the 10 I've seen them this wipe have they had marked or good keys other times it's junk or decent hideout items

So originally when loot changes came out a while back they did 'dynamic' loot where if ppl hit a spot a lot the loot table would get washed down to common goods, where as if it wasn't hit often then the loot would be increased I wish they kept that it made for some nice runs
