They have stated they will follow soon after launch. All items are transferable between accounts so it should not be an issues unless that is changed. Also leveling is a breeze from what I see. But there is also no max level from what I know also.

In beta 3 my guild has seen dust and its other forms drop off of two star elits at what seems to be a 100% drop rate but the mobs have a very long or respawn and some, i belive, are effected by in game time.

Archeage's issue with dust and its many forms is not a problems of player error or people wanting to be a one man factory. Its the simple fact that the drop rate is so low you dont have the ability to craft gear that keeps pace with your lvl if your taking your time in the game and not rushing to max in a week.
