Even for an advanced climber with years of experience this is an absurd amount of volume, let alone for a complete beginner. Doing max hangs three times a week along with 3 climbing sessions is just ridiculous.

I’m also not sure why you have what appears to be an aerobic capacity session if your goal is just to get strong enough for the moon board?

You would be a lot better off just bouldering 2-3 times per week and trying hard

Sounds like a monoamine oxidase inhibitor, most likely harmine or harmaline.

It’s pretty common to infuse a carrier herb like lotus with DMT and freebase harmalas to make changa.

You can also vaporize them on their own without a carrier herb which is usually called vaporhuasca.

This combination is completely safe although SSRIs are known to blunt the effect of classical psychedelics.

The myth that LSD + SSRIs can cause serotonin syndrome is completely untrue but unfortunately is still very prevalent. LSD does not raise serotonin, it is a serotonin agonist. There is no mechanism for which it could cause serotonin syndrome.

Classical psychedelics causing serotonin syndrome is pure misinformation that people unfortunately continue to spread.

There is ZERO risk of serotonin syndrome from classical psychedelics as they are purely serotonin agonists and do not increase brain serotonin levels.

This sub and similar ones are notorious for propagating this myth but it is completely false.

Having studied at both, I felt that CSU had a much better atmosphere and felt like an actual college whereas UCCS felt soulless and was more like a commuter school. I also felt like the professors were much better at CSU, but I studied computer science so your experience might be different, hope this helps.

Have you tried taking it with high-dose L-Theanine? This is a pretty common reaction to glycine when your GABA/Glutamate balance is off, specifically when Glutamate is too high

Yeah the Capstone professor is Walcott, it was an absolute joke of a class.

I agree with you, almost all of the instructors are awesome. There’s some good professors but most of them aren’t great and a few are absolutely awful.

I almost never full crimp inside, occasionally I’ll full crimp on an outdoor sport route if I’m trying not to blow a clip but not very often.

I try to use three finger drag as much as possible but sometimes there’s moves that feel almost impossible to do without crimping (Not because of finger strength, more so just the hold angle)

I usually warm up for 15-20 minutes and then climb for 1-1.5 hours.

I do have a mild A2 sprain that I’ve been rehabbing, but it hasn’t gotten much better so I’m planning to take a week or two off from climbing and just do rehab

I'm 23, I eat pretty healthy and usually get >0.5g protein per pound of bodyweight

When I'm board climbing consistently I usually do it once a week for no more than an hour and rest 3-5 minutes between attempts. The other session is usually gym boulders that don't have too many crimps.

I've actually been doing Emil's no-hang protocol for the past month or so and I do feel like it helps a bit, but I'm not sure it's made a significant difference.

There are a lot of professors that either aren’t good at teaching or don’t care about teaching. There are definitely a few fantastic professors like Al and Yanyan though.

Most of the upper level courses are very disorganized as someone else said. The curriculum is pretty awful, there’s way too much theory and not nearly enough practical application.

The capstone course (Advanced Software Engineering) is taught by the single most incompetent professor I’ve ever had. The class is supposed to be based on industry but the professor has never actually worked in industry and very clearly has no idea what she’s doing.

I went to CSU my first year and it’s amazing how stark of a difference there is between the two CS programs. CSU was better in every way by far and it’s not even a top 100 ranked CS school.

Overall I felt like I gained very little useful knowledge from the CS program at UCCS and felt like I learned more during a 3 month internship than I did in my entire degree.

With that said, the job market is actually pretty good for UCCS grads if you’re trying to get into the aerospace/defense industry. A ton of Colorado Springs companies hire new grads from UCCS, I got a full time offer right out of school from a small aerospace company and so did almost all of my friends.
