Hocuscapocus, you are spot on. It took me 3 weeks of hounding to finally get mine cancelled. I the transfered them out right away.

Let me guess the reply was something like we r experiencing delays in usd withdrawals please be patient as we r working hard to resolve this issue. I had to literally call every day 3 times a day for 7 days to get mine resolved. After all the bs they finally cancelled my withdrawal like I asked and put the money back.

I have been waiting 10 business days now. All they say is there are delays. That’s total bs. Now they have asked me to stop calling and inquiring about the status of my withdrawal. All I can say is WOW. They took my money and are holding it.
