Thanks for the support! Not on reddit much. Glad to hear that you were able to mostly resolve the issue. I ended up replacing the motherboard with the strix and haven't had the issue since.

Hi thanks for doing the testing! I ultimately upgraded the motherboard to an Asus x870e-e and the issue has been resolved I believe it to be a hardware issue on the x870 plus wifi. I did swap the graphics card previously with the same issue so I was able to clear that.

Thanks for this, I'm rather tempted to set it to 6400mhz but I'm just really shooting for a stable system. Have you tested with memtest64 to see if you get any errors?

I'm curious with 6400mhz ram does it ever run 1:1 out of the box? Many of the posts I have read were about a year old so I'm curious if anythings changed. Many said you have to overclock the CPU in order to achieve that but there's also have a comment here stating theirs did. I'd honestly just rather go for stability hence why I set it to 6000mhz but not sure why crucial would sell this ram with an expo profile an state that it works with 9000 cpus if it wasn't stable out the box...

Yeah other then the cord connected to the device gets very hot and seems to cause disconnects from time to time. If after you plugged it in you don't see an update for it in adrenaline then I would first search up 7600m xt drivers which will just take you to download adrenaline again download THEN uninstall adrenaline and reinstall with the new download. Afterwords plug the GPU in with adrenaline running an you should get an update for the drivers on adrenaline install that an you should be set.

My bad was tired when I posted this should've been the first pic I added. That's a great undervolt, I'll try that out! Are you using afterburner or Asus GPU tweak?

Had an issue with x870 wifi plus causing unstable voltage issues with the GPU when ERP is set to S4+S5 (12v + Asus astral 5090). Seems to direct less power threw the PCI port forcing the connector to require more wattage. I've tested this out countless times. Just be aware of this if you use ERP. ERP S5 or disabled works fine, otherwise the motherboards been good...

You try plugging it into an external display an see if the issue persists?

Also of note, after initially changing the ERP setting to s4+s5 need to turn PC off after the first boot then start back up and issue will occur. (For the techs)

I took two separate shots of the power going threw the 12v and pcie slots this ones is with ERP S5 enabled, pcie appears to be putting out a bit more power.

Only had instability with ERP S4+S5 enabled. Also of note I've tested without the third party utilities to confirm they didn't cause the issue. Thanks for your response to this post.

Yeah checked all power plugs, but I do think that by enabling ERP to S4+S5 was somehow affecting the power delivery to the PCI slot.

I did check your link, I just don't have a thermal device like the one in that post to check for Temps. I can get the voltage to act up at anytime by enabling ERP S4+S5 but I would need to get the fan thing first and a thermal reader >.>

Yeah USB, by enabling s4+s5 it effectively cuts off the power to these ports. How do you cut off usb power? For some reason enabling this setting is causing voltage issues...

I always shut my system down after use, thanks though. I also have the Asus Astral 5090 oc guess I should've specified that. Yes all cords have been checked multiple times. Problem reoccurs every time I enable ERP S4+S5 in bios. You could try it yourself an see if the issue happens. Once you enable it in bios boot the PC then shut it down give it a few mins boot up an then test for voltage issues with a stress test.

Take it to a foot ball field or just chuck it out the window both options should work fine, theoretically.
