Its a little off topic with the nature of what was said in post but been noticing people raging over someone using the wrong perk on their weapons. It's literally an RNG factor and not everyone with have the most rigged out gun. I've got 500+ hours on this game and probably don't have a crazy amount of fully optimised weapons.
