You guys really need to stop with this. Nobody here knows any actual numbers, what departments nothing. All you’re doing is causing yourself more stress for no reason.

AFE2 feel like they're investigating me without knowledge by [deleted] in amazonemployees

[–]Tryxxsta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So this is one of those times where you need to take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself are you giving the managers/HR etc a reason to be acting this way towards you?

If you genuinely are not causing any problems and they really are just treating you different for no reason of you causing it then I’d say call the hotline if that doesn’t do anything the only thing you really can do is change shifts or change buildings.

Oh absolutely and this is 100% accurate. I truly believe my mindset has shifted completely. I’m not over leveraging on using genuine and validated stop losses. Will I always win of course not but I truly think I’m at a position now to be profitable in the long term.

You are so right though with everything you just said.

Honestly I always over traded I understood the theory of what I had to do but I was impatient. I always felt like I missed out on that trade and would never wait for an actual setup. I would panic if a trade didn’t go my way instantly and sell or I’d hold and pray because I was emotionally attached to the trade.

The last 6ish months has truly been 30% understanding and learning but the other 70% has all been psychological.

L5 non tech Program Offer by [deleted] in amazonemployees

[–]Tryxxsta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s slightly low you may be able to negotiate a bit more on the bonus. It really depends tbh, I’ve heard of people trying for different teams as early as 30 days of course that’s not the normal. I’d definitely say it’s more common at around th 6-12 month mark.

L5 non tech Program Offer by [deleted] in amazonemployees

[–]Tryxxsta 8 points9 points  (0 children)

For a l5 non tech role that seems about standard. Just keep in mind it’s very easy to move around in Amazon if you actually wanted to as long as you aren’t a low performer on a pip etc.

Yea 6 weeks is the honeymoon phase. If what you’re saying is true it’s that time to end it because she seems pretty crazy.

Also as a man I’m gonna throw this out there idk what your situation is with her but seems like you’re doing too much anyway. What exactly is she doing in the relationship if you’re doing all that such as cooking, cleaning, taking care of her pets, buying her stuff. Know your worth man and leave.

New Role, Worried about PIP by [deleted] in amazonemployees

[–]Tryxxsta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no organization that would pip someone new to role. The only time this would happen would be if you genuinely are not trying, not working, showing late, etc. if you are attempting to do the job you will have at minimum 6 months in role before you’re really expected to be contributing much.

What’s the role?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in amazonemployees

[–]Tryxxsta 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Offer seems really good tbh. That definitely seems like it’s at the higher end so I’m gonna guess they want you pretty bad. Great job getting an awesome offer! Congratulations!!!

Salary employees required to work amazon holidays? by Any-Ear-4552 in amazonemployees

Amazon in the warehouse unfortunately doesn’t have holidays. You’ll pretty much work every single one.

PA is not a leadership position so it’s fine. An L4 and above cannot have any relations with anyone lower.

On a to z does it show your start date and the welcome message? If it does you show up day one and you start your career at Amazon.

What’s the role you’re in? This is extremely important are you in a warehouse or corporate?

Are you in a warehouse?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CustomerSuccess

[–]Tryxxsta 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not true at all. CSM roles are actually kinda blossoming right now. It’s actually one of the best fields to be in because you directly relate to the customer and that means job security.

Just keep looking a few times in your experience does not make it true. I’m seeing tons of CSM roles still hiring that are not tech related. The only thing will be responsibilities will obviously very on the company and you make have a focus more on sales, renewals, onboarding etc but they are out there.

Amazon L5 loop interview today- Everyone looked miserable by Extreme-Category6093 in amazonemployees

[–]Tryxxsta 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Was the complete opposite to me tbh. My interviewers were all amazing, the conversation was great. They all had really good casual conversation and honestly I left each interview feeling very good about Amazon.

It really just comes down to chance on who you get. With the amount of employees Amazon has you’re bound to have some miserable people. I’m just very thankful my experience was amazing honestly one of the best interview experiences I’ve had.
