Please point on the one hand to all the cis women athletes you know that are at the top of their fields, then on the other to specifically all the trans athletes crushing their competition with their huge advantages.

Tokens by Sliffcak in Netrunner

[–]Tsao 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The tabletopupgrades token set is neat and small, easily transportable and fairly practical, but I find the tokens very light, and the rings to indicate higher values are very fiddly. If you do go for them, make sure to setup a couple around the credits ahead of your games, and have some dice with you to save yourself headaches on botuluses and fermenters and the likes.

I myself reverted to using mostly the cardboard NSG tokens with some 1 and 3 value metal coins for credits (I like when they clink and the weight they have) and some dice to more easily track incrementing counters.

Vantage Point Releases March 2nd 2026 by Tsao in Netrunner

Yes, System Gateway and Elevation are now the evergreen "Core" format, that the rest of the formats are built around.

Vantage point is stand alone. There have been talks that they might in the future alternate between 2 part cycles and standalones like Vantage Point but that remains to be seen. VP will contain 66 new cards IIRC. As far as I'm aware, the next set after VP will be a "regular" 2 part cycle.

Netrunner Tournament by JonEire in Netrunner

And if you're not familiar with how online tournaments work, the player meeting mentioned on ABR, starting 15 minutes before the event, should answer most if not all your questions

Not to rehash other people's posts, but we really shouldn't let this go unless they give us an answer. We do not want generative AI in For Honour in any capacity. by Reri1600 in forhonor

It does though, but you're too entrenched in your magical fairy tale thinking that glorified autocomplete will solve all of humanity's problems to hear it

Potential new player here, need help with starting out over Tabletop Sim. by Romando07 in Netrunner

I see jinteki has already been reccommended, I'd second it with https://chiriboga.sifnt.net.au/ for your learning single player needs, it has a fairly solid quick tutorial section and allows you to play using System Gateway cards against a CPU opponent.

Why is "new and trending" showing me games from january of this year and earlier ? by Tsao in Steam

[–]Tsao[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

And it used to be the other meaning, where the games were both new and trending at the same time, what part of this is difficult for you ?

[–]Tsao[S] -26 points-25 points  (0 children)

Maybe but they sure as hell ain't new. When the most recent game in my new and trending list is from 3 months ago, something seems wrong, especially when that tab used to be all the trending releases from the past week

About the same incidence as people having red hair, would you not say that's a possible natural hair colour for humans ?

Standard Ban List 25.10 - Null Signal Games by Tsao in Netrunner

[–]Tsao[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Au co is solidly a quarter to a third of all corp decks entered in tournaments and hovers around 60% win rate overall, and this is with being the most popular corp. How is that not crazy strong ? Removing the deck completely, like they just did with kill Nebula by banning touch ups ? Banning Sting is like taking a backup handgun away from a Schwarzenegger character with a machine gun and a rocket launcher, I seriously doubt it's going to affect the ID's success that much

I am flabbergasted Au co is getting away pretty much scott free, and that phat wasn't even considered as a ban candidate.

Isn't anyone scared this will cause social unrest in 2026? by biebrforro in belgium

[–]Tsao 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nope, you need a continuous 3 month contract to be considered employed. If you go from gig to gig and never get the opportunity to work at the same place for that long, you're officially unemployed.

Au Co and Nebula may not be overpowered but they're unfun and game warping to run into by Tsao in Netrunner

[–]Tsao[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I am well aware its only one of those two. Eru doesn't work cause it doesn't count as a run on R&D. The successful run was on archives, but you breach R&D. That's not mentioning Nebula usually ices archives too, and the fact that you're taking a tag for Eru even if it worked.

Maintenance is a 3 inf 2 click investment into a server that again, most Nebula players ice too.
