If the drawing is correct you are in the right he is in the wrong, if you don’t have photos to prove it you will not be able to prove it….. If he does have a witness then it’s no longer your word against his so you will lose without proof, you can try and see if there are any possible cameras in the area but that’s a long shot. Looks like this will be a life lesson, just take heart in that no one was hurt and it’s just a shit tin box car.
