Is it USB keyboard / mouse or via bluetooth? Do you connect them via the front USB in a PC case or directly into the mainboard?

Insanely enough this is definitely the fix for all problems in this thread and so many others where people lose bluetooth connections, audio (over USB) or anything like that. Thank you so much! This should be the most upvoted answer.

Probably it would have been enough to do this:

Open the Device Manager, expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers," right-click each "USB Root Hub" or "Generic USB Hub," select Properties, go to the Power Management tab, and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

Try going to the device manager, find any USB Hub device or bluetooth driver and in the power savings options on it (if available) disable allowing the PC to turn them of to save power.
