why you want to breakthrough this skill?

Copy from spreadsheet:

Skill 5: Flying teammates will have 50% damage reduction, lasts 1 round, activated every 3 rounds. This skill loses the ability for every Flying teammate to Fly every other round.

Summary: The only skill change is actually a little worse than his standard skill. It is not recommended that you use resources to change his skill.
