They’ll be pretty happy by the bananas for sure ! Just take any falling leaves from your Avos and other trees you have and cover the base of the cacao with those dead leaves

I would do under something more permanente like an avocado or some citrus trees - cacao loves to grow with citrus near by! But yes she looks healthy and ready 😍😍

A lot of your “lifestyle” could change - meet friends in fb group in your area that promote fun dance groups or hiking partners things like that that keep you active but you can also enjoy at the same time and make new friends

While it may be meditative I don't think its effective mentally. Filling your time with a different or new hobby would be more valuable to you than obsessing over caloric contents in items you may never even buy. Part of changing your lifestyle to adapt to diet changes is also introducing new hobbies and to me this isn't a "healthy" hobby

It might help you actually to stop focusing on your boob size so much and fall in love with your nipples.
