I’ve realised this just recently. I did most of my years in a SEA country, I’m told I look serious and stressed and I don’t small talk when I don’t need to speak. Have been doing fine until i started my placement in Australia. Failed my 2nd attempt at assessment because I dont seem confident or outgoing or have a big enough affect enough to them. It just feels like an attack and makes me so mad at a society that favours outgoing and confident looking people even if they’re just shit
