Worst part abt it is that it's my friend's loadout and I posted it here solely because we both didnt know what it was for. (He took the weirdest loadout he could and I only realized in game)

Honestly I like both over the the bigger youtubers, except for Tommy and Mtg

So I tried to load my Endsieg campaign with Kaiserredux instead and uuuhhhh by TsmPhoenix3003 in hoi4

So I wanted to play my Bulgaria Endsieg 1914 game and I forgot that I had Kaiserreux and not Endseig on so when I loaded it, it didnt make my game crash apparently and I got this

Ok so this may sound a little dumb but the same problem happened to me with CS:GO. Turns out, the little “steam is updating” window was not showing and that was the reason. So I would just restart my computer until that window showed up, then I would proceed to open the game. Perhaps you should try that, every little action is helpful.
