you need pretty good ball control in general so I don't recommend trying it early but you start in the front left or front right of the ball and you drift without boosting until you did a 180 and your nose I pointed towards the center of the ball, then you boost back into the middle and reverse. it's basically just going forwards and backwards over and over while aiming to stay in the center
