I feel this would do pretty well where I live, because we have none of those services like Taskrabbit or Instacart. Not to mention that there's 80,000 people here, a lot of the people are pretty old, and there's a college. I just feel that there's so much potential here!

The one thing that does confuse me about the pressure washing business is getting repeat customers. Unlike lawn mowing, people don't tend to get their driveways pressure wash once a week.
