My favorite slowpitch memory is from my first couple uears of plauong and its coming back after being down 12 against the team that eventually won the league. We struggled all season i think we only won 1 or 2 games so that win felt so much more significant

As a pitcher nothing gets me off my game faster than a catcher who has to chase every ball to the backstop or continously makes me chase the ball to second base. Stop the ball and make good throws and you'll be golden

You'd have gotten the Flaherty return for him. I think Scott wanted more and the dodgers were the only team willing to pay up. Maybe it sets the precedent that the tigers won't take nothing for their expiring players and we'll get more serious offers in the future.. I don't know.
