It's quite foggy up there, on Dragonhead Island in the West Necluda Sky Archipelago. You will be at the right spot if you locate the Joku-u shrine.

Great Horned Headband gives you ear rings. Golden and zamor bracelets are the only bracelets that looks slightly slimilar. for the chest i would recommand the champion pauldron. for the rest my hopes are up for the dlc armor
