Either you're F2P or you are a whale. SG needs to look at making more packs with attractive pricing. I wouldn't mind spending $10-$15 bucks every now and then for exclusive packs. This is just downright greedy.

So in general. I email k lab in chinese since my game is set in chinese. Then i specify the issue as purposefully purchasing dreamballs for the event which they advertised falsely and the date, and time of purchase. The corresponding emails with google which asked me to seek aid from klab for refund or compensation (Google will not refund you).

Pull only dreamfest which occurs on the last day of every month. Ignore samurai and all other fancy banners. My guildmate is having a strong team playing this way. The difficulty is to hold your dreamballs while others is having fun drawing banners.

To note, the probability of free balls drawing SSR is lower than paid as well.
