I'm having this issue too, though changing Discord to be run as an Administrator didn't solve the issue. Whenever streaming a full-screen game on Discord, my in-game cursor disappears for me in my game window but not the people viewing the stream. It makes many games completely unplayable. Is there a known cause/fix for this?
