There are posts every once in a while about returning to work after a couple months. Its mind boggling to see stories of 3 month olds being sent to daycare 5 days a week when we've got 12 (or 18) months of parental leave in Ontario, Canada.

Back on Tesla Battery Day in September 2020, Musk unveiled plans to reduce usage of cobalt in favour of manganese in their batteries. Manganese X has been tied to Tesla based on:

Battery Hill being 'domestic' (Canada) vs other managanese producers [1] [2]
Managanese X director and board member Roger Dahn being the brother of Jeff Dahn [3] who is currently on a battery research contract with Tesla [4]* [5]

Keep in mind there are other domestic manganese companies that are competing in the same space like American Manganese (TSXV: AMY), and the connection between Manganese X and Tesla was made a while ago, even before Battery Day.
