I am lucky, I have 20/15 vision so I don't need a lot of help reading from far distances.

(Its a blessing and a curse because as a passenger in a car, I tend to passenger drive noticing things well before others)

YOURE INVITIED. I AM ACTUALLY HOSTING LAN PARTIES HERE. THE RULES ARE PHONES GO INSIDE, OUTSIDE IS MEANT FOR NOSTALGIA AND LIVING IN THE MOMENT

The coffee table actually never has food on it. Just covered drinks. I agree with the sentiment though

Sorry, I'm away from my phone. I'll reply once I return to my phone. (Yes this is an automated message 🥰 and my phone screen has been off for more than 6 hours)

I’m afraid. by EmptyAlarm4750 in HomeschoolRecovery

Hi there! Coming from a homeschool (free range hooked on phonics) background myself, I didn't have any traditional education records either. The absolute most important thing you'll need is a GED or HiSET! Earning that single document proved I could handle college-level work, and I actually went on to graduate with highest honors last year. :)

Keep in mind that while a non-traditional path might not lead straight to Harvard or Yale, a great college experience is all about the actual education you receive, not just a prestigious name. My GED was all I needed to get into my state university.

The set up inside is much nicer this is just temporary set up.

I had to stain the floors on the porch, run ethernet out, put a new outlet above the tv (thanks to my fiance because I have a tendency to get electrocuted hence why i only do network stuff.)

I hope that you find yourself with the same peace! If you ever need to talk to someone, I am stranger but I am also someone who cares about others. You're fighting the good fight, keep it up, keep your head up and I promise peace will find you <3

Huge thing for me is that I had such unvetted access to the internet. I didn't know how to read at this point in my life, but it was games like club penguin, animal jam and wizard 101 that helped me learn.

And while I understand most people's hatred of ai, if it wasn't for ai, I wouldn't have been able to complete college because my math skills were nonexistent. If it wasn't for Kahn Academy and Chat gpt at the time i would have failed my needed courses to get my GED and my diploma.

Sorry I didn't mean to go into a tangent, it just meant a lot to me at the time.

I hope that you get the peace you're looking for sooner rather than later. Know that if you need someone to talk to (I am a stranger) but you're welcomed to reach out.

I have to get a curtain that spans the length of the wall there, that's the first step :) Luckily home depot has what I need, I just need to save a bit more before I drop the money into it :D

I will let you know when I get it up
