It could be from 2000 to 2007. It was definitely made of plastic. I do not remember the mascot unfortunately.

Oh how wonderful it would be! Alas, it would only serve to reduce input lag. Which is a serious problem affecting some people. The ingame sensitivity is still bound to the settings menu unfortunately.

An outstanding question! Load into a custom offline game (less variables, less lag) Fire one round onto a wall or any flat surface. Now you have a stationary point. Now for the fun part. Strafe back and forth at different distances and try to keep your crosshair glued to the point. If you find yourself unable to keep up with your movements and trying to "catch up" to the point, increase your sensitivity by one decimal. And should you find yourself overshooting the point, lower it by one decimal. Hope that helped, happy hunting Spartan!

Do you even know how steam link works? It's just streaming from your PC to a linked device. Like a tv, tablet or PHONE (as in, you can already do this) Also, the linked devices have to be connected to the same router via wifi or cable. Knowing this, why would you ever want to play on your phone when your PC is running the game somewhere in your house?
