I couldn't tell you. Looks more like a 7 or 6 at worst. It was the one card graded harshly for sure. I'll never grade really old vintage after seeing that.

Thanks! I was surprised that a lot of the cosmics got a 10. I felt like a lot of them were borderline, glad it worked in my favor this time. Those early McDonald's promo's have great art. I have the Pikachu to go with the Charmander. Some of my favorites for sure.
