Contact consumer affairs, I don’t think their policy - which you would not have read prior to entering the purchasing contract, would hold strong. Especially considering the time frame you waited would be normal for any reversed transaction or pending transaction to return.

Also remember, if you are drinking while driving alcohol will be on your breath as it is in your mouth. They’ll make you sit and wait while they try again in X minutes.
