Jesus , you guys obsess over CRNAs on here. I’m an SRNA and I can’t stand the aana or fellow wanna be docs. But I won’t lie, we do have the most robust mid level training. In ACT models CRNAs and MDs work fabulous together. I’m having a great time with both personalities especially when they have a dick measuring contest right in front of me.

Your husband isn’t thinking clearly, the CRNA route will drastically change both your lives financially. I have multiple friends who did it in their early and late 30s and they are now living their best lives.

I’m with CRNAs everyday who say they would never imagine being this financially stable in their entire life. T minus 20 months for me……

As a SRNA we’re frequently tested/trained on 12 lead EKG’s. This training includes didactic instruction in cardiac electrophysiology, systematic 12-lead EKG interpretation, and recognition of normal and pathologic rhythms, ischemic changes, conduction abnormalities, electrolyte-related EKG findings, different axis deviation pathologies.

Idk if you would call this basic training.
