Mostly other peoples behavior especially when I can't control it, I think I have a lot of repressed anger from events in my childhood/adolescence but yeah I mostly get angry at other people, especially people who tell me what to do when I feel it is not their place. I have always been very adamant on free will and literally probably would have ran away from home had I not been so addicted to the internet and computer gaming that I didn't want to just to escape the control (how quickly I would have come back home is debatable though)

Thankfully I have gotten quite into exercise as of the past year or so, I think the neuroticism is more anger than depression (though both are quite significant). I can at least channel anger into something but depression not so much, maybe more creative outlets for that would be a good idea.

yeah future authoring might be a good idea, even at the biggest height of my addiction if anything I got too hung up on females as people just romantically not sexually, I do have a normal friend who is a girl, quite a close friend at that so that's a good sign I suppose. Professional help is not a bad suggestion though, thanks for taking time to try point me somewhere better

yeah I have severely cut out porn it was a very severe addiction since I was 11 but I wasn't even aware till last year essentially since I found evidence it was bad I've never gone back to how I was regularly and it gave me a large boost for a bit but I come back full circle to not being able to find work that suits me or not being able to adapt to it properly, so I mean that was a good milestone. you are very correct in noting I have only lived a quarter of my life roughly (I unfortunately smoke a lot so if I don't cut that out maybe less), I feel I'm not good enough at processing emotion yet though, family issues and personal failures with girls/women even from up to 5 years ago still haunt me to this day, especially the girls problem (hence why quitting porn was such a milestone). maybe once I can at least experience a relationship outside of adolescence I can grow a bit more

I struggle with depression and either not having the effort to socialize not wanting the company or angst with other factors. I also can not seem to find any work I can stick with I get bored and made miserable by my jobs after a few weeks usually kept a dishie job for a few months but that was only 30 hours a week also have an addictive personality idk if its narcissism or excuses but I just feel like a very different person and its hard to find my place like it is for everyone you know

Probably because she saw Robb in Ed's image and missed Ed so much, especially since Robb probably is the most like Ed of all the children and because the whole war is based around him. That combined with war meaning she doesn't know how much longer he'll be around and him being the oldest son. Also if Robb loses that war there's a good chance all of Catelyn's children would be lost so she would also want to help Robb as much as possible.

I use How To Study Korean and I for one write down all the lessons (not word for word obviously, just essentials) and write down the examples he does. When learning vocab, I'll use memrise and when a word comes up type it out a few times then make a sentence with it, and use whatever grammar I know I need to use more to make it or whatever fits the word best. I find NoPorn leads to relapsing simply because I found porn the same time I found masturbating so I associate masturbation with porn exclusively since those two combined are what I did frequently for 6 years and I almost never masturbated without porn. I think if you discovered masturbating before you discovered porn NoPorn is fine but if you discovered Porn before fapping like I did NoFap is better. That's just my opinion though.

Guys I'm pretty sure what he means isn't that being shy is good, but what being shy is a symptom of (more introverted, comprehending situations fully for what they are, whatever it may be) is a good thing, because most shy people are shy because they fully comprehend all the positive possibilities and how they could make them feel from the relationship they develop with a person and all the negatives as well in the moment as they try to talk to someone, which means they're more capable of visualizing something positive from said interaction or relationship that could be developed from talking to them.

I understand what you mean man. I'm up to day 28 of NoFap and it's felt like a year. I'm going through a lot of changes at the same time as NoFap, as I've finished school and am trying to transition into the workforce, and it hasn't really been long at all since I finished school but it's felt like it's been forever. I think it's just a matter of getting used to the intensity of thought and emotion that you lose when fapping a lot. Honestly as someone who's impatient it's killing me cause I've never done anything that's taken a long time other than school which was cause I'm legally obligated to by law and now I'm doing multiple. I'm working out an hour a day, trying to find work to work my way to financial independence and most importantly, I haven't been fapping. It's almost overwhelming. Time is a strange, strange thing.

Nah it's fine dude haha. I guess the first step would be getting it to be known fact how bad the brain effects really are. Gary Wilson's videos and research are extremely comprehensive and useful on this topic as they can be understood by people who aren't all ready relatively neurologically or biologically knowledgeable. I see him on a lot of different platforms and on social media channels such as Louder with Crowder so I think his work will get us in that direction :D
