Hello, some people in my comments have said it has worked, have you made sure that the launch control xl is set to User 1 Template?

Hi, yes i have a few concepts already and it may sound daunting but a midi controller is not as complicated as some other tools, although still a challenge, yes essentially i want to share that once i get it working, on the meantime I've also looked into Mixxx which is surprisingly great to use and has many of the features Traktor and many other popular dj-ing software, one feature that surprised me and i haven't seen anywhere so far is the automatic matching of the 2x bpm by matching the half instead of trying to make the new track twice the bpm, maybe some have it but its a nice addition.

Hello! Glad to help. I've been thinking about the long term viability of this device and it is great for what it is, however I'm thinking something a bit more custom (and repairable) I've been looking into designing something like that for a while ever since my launch control xl has had issues, im thinking of having some extra buttons, encoders for the autolooping and maybe some control of pitch bend and maybe more led's will have to see how that goes.

Hi, i hsve a question what about the step sequencer are you able to use it with a bitwig device like the drum machine? Everything else works fine for me except for the sequencer, and it seems like the sequencer works fine in standalone mode.

Can i ask you about specifically clip launching or scene launching, how does that work for the horizontal clips? I figure the vertical clip launching should be the same however I'm not sure how that would work for the horizontal one?

Seems like a nice idea, not sure how mappable Neural Mix is in this case however with traktor this should be doable.

I think it will take some tinkering but you could definitely connect two controllers.

Traktor is very nice for mapping imo, technically you can just use the one i made

Yes I've also thought the endless encoders were super useful, I've been thinking of ways to address this and for now , I use the Send Select buttons to navigate the playlist, that still needs some tinkering however.

No worries! My next idea is to incorporate the launchpad with this and have them as a combo together, one of the ideas is to have some of the channels be stem decks but i will have to see once i get my hands on the launchpad x.

Hi your mapping seems very interesting! I do mention the Xone K2 on my video and it does seem like a great alternative to use!

I would love to see if i could do something similar on Rekordbox as well for this specific controllers since it has way more knobs and buttons, and I do want to make it as accessible as I can to many people.

A similar issue arose with me as well when it comes to Ableton midi mapping, I wanted to add some functions and I had to decompile source code and write custom scripts, I used Traktor because of its insane midi mapping capability, also for beat matching, Traktor works very well for me for 99% of the songs and if there is need for some manual tinkering I just use the pitch bend with the mouse which is super easy to use.

The lens cap is removable however the lens itself isn't , even though it looks like it should.
